Alinity was included in a lawsuit filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch member who filed a lawsuit against Twitch for damages in the amount of $25 million. The user claimed the website exposed him to explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. According to the court records of Dexerto, Estavillo, who had previously filed lawsuits against Microsoft and Sony along with Nintendo and Blizzard made the complaint on the 15th of June, and Twitch was issued an official summons on the next day. In the lawsuit, made in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from numerous medical problems that necessitate him to rely entirely on the internet to get his entertainment as well as being afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC addiction that is what the complaint states Twitch just makes more difficult. There are also female Twitch streamers and claimed that they "continue in exposing viewers to sexy and addictive content daily on a regular and constant on a regular basis." Alinity wasn't listed. In its request for relief, the group wants to ban streamers for life that have broken the Twitch Terms of Service. A total of $25 million is asked for, "to be divided between the plaintiff as well as other Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers" with the remainder being donated to charity. Alinity Alinity Alinity
